Our Project Management service is designed for investors or sellers with vacant homes who are not local and need comprehensive support throughout the renovation process, right up to the final day of photos. This add-on service should be booked after hiring your contractor.

Here’s How It Works:
After booking your preferred contractor, simply share their contract with us to receive a quote based on a percentage of the contract price, as project management tasks vary by project size and duration. We will collaborate with your contractors to establish a timeline to share with your agent and their team, coordinate any additional vendors needed, and provide bi-weekly updates with photos to keep you informed until the project is complete. Our goal is to make the renovation process as stress-free as possible.
